Donor HIV+, sperm in freezer (no MD supervision), at risk?

My sperm donor recently tested positive for HIV. 5-9 months ago, he donated sperm which I kept in my freezer and used twice (with no resulting pregnancy). How high is my chance of infection and would PEP be recommended at this late in the game....
