I had sex with a sex-worker and suspected that I may have somehow contracted HIV. I did the PCR test for H1 & H2 virus which only detects presence of the virus and does not give the count. This test did not detect the presence of any virus....

i have currently tested negative EIA (ELISA i guess, am i correct) at 8 weeks and also had a 'non-detectable' PCR at 7 weeks. the whole stuff does show some signs of hope for me. but can someone who has an idea about these help me please !!
