ok, i have tested neg at 5 months past "high-risk" and 10-13 weeks (might as well say 10) since "low-risk" exposure. i have had all kinds of symptoms and eye floaters and sore throat, swollen tonsil still persist. i am at about 11-12 weeks past... Read more »

Quantitative PCR RNA is the viral load test for HIV-1 only, right ?
For Qualitative PCR DNA for HIV-1 and HIV-2, the report format would be 'detectable' or 'not detectable', right ?..or/and would 'strain' of the hiv founded would be reported ?
