Not unless they want to risk losing their license to provide insurance. They can provide aggregate data to employers who are their clients, but they are barred by law from providing information with an employee's name linked to it.... Read more »

I am about to begin treatment using my health insurance (HMO) provided by my employer. Won't they find out eventually ?

I am sure most of you are using your employee benefits/insurance. What has been your experience about the above ?
