Sounds like it's time for a check-up to see what is going on. Your symptoms could be the result of many medical conditions, although are unlikely to be the result of HIV infection alone.... Read more »

HIV related (or HIV treatment related) neuropathy can cause symptoms like you describe though there generally isn't a worsening of the symptoms in the AM after sleeping. Most of the time those symptoms are not due to HIV neuropathy. Often nerve... Read more »

Localized symptoms as you describe would be unlikely due to a direct effect of one your HIV medications. Cold viruses can cause ear and chest problems as can a wide range of other conditions that may merit evaluation by your HIV or primary care... Read more »

The numbness in your arms is not likely due to the Atripla or HIV and more likely due to variable nerve of blood vessel compression that can occur during sleep as weight/sleep position puts pressure on sensitive areas of your shoulder or arm. I... Read more »
