if hypothetically you contracted hiv and hepatitis c at the same time... i have read that acute hepatitis c can delay hiv seroconversion but is it also true that hiv can delay hepatitis c seroconversion if they were both contracted at the same time?

I checked for hepatitis b which showed HbSAg negative,HbSab negative but presence of core antibody. HCV negative, HIV negative; ALT> 65 IU;GGT & ALP also elevated. Please,what is wrong with me and what can I do
