isolated hepatitis B core antibody

I checked for hepatitis b which showed HbSAg negative,HbSab negative but presence of core antibody. HCV negative, HIV negative; ALT> 65 IU;GGT & ALP also elevated. Please,what is wrong with me and what can I do

I thought it was pretty difficult to get hepatitis from a sexual encounter....should I worry about that? I have enough going on...don't need anything else. I am HIV negative. Should I worry about hepatitis or deal with what I have? Read more »
