Yes it is high but there is no correlation between viral load and disease. A high viral load is important in that it can be harder to treat someone with a lot of virus. But some people do just fine. The only thing that really matters if your... Read more »

My tcells are 617 and my viral load is 198,000. My viral load in May 05 was 60,000. They think I have inflammation in my urine, white cells in it. My nausea besides happening with the HIV meds I am on could be related to my intestinal issues.
