Unfortunately there's really no way for me to tell over the internet whether this is Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) or not. There are many many other lesions this could be other than KS. Basically any lesion which does not heal should be biopsied.... Read more »

Even without the bumps on your feet, I would recommend starting treatment. I would suggest getting a diagnosis via a skin biopsy, unless it is very obvious and classic KS. If confirmed, these KS lesions may go away just with starting HIV treatment.... Read more »
