switching Kaletra from once to twice daily

Hi! I'm 30 and have started meds months ago with a VL of 98 000 and CD4 at 70. My combo is Kaletra ( soft-gels) twice daily and Truvada and I am now taking Septra until I get my CD4 up to 250. I got the results and I seem to be responding well...

Hi, Thanks for your answer to my previous question. I'm a little devastated that my doc prescribed the wrong combination to me ... This together with the fact that he didn't do vl lab last time, only CD4 (around 400), gets me in a bad position now....

Considering moving to Oaxaca Mx, can I get my HIV meds there, even if I have to pay full cost? Currently on Kaletra, and Epzicom. Blue Cross Blue shield of Montana at the moment. I suppose I could keep an address in the US and have them shipped DHL...
