I am presuming you are HIV positive, although you don't mention that, and I am also presuming you are not on any medications, since you don't mention those. The way you describe the "gas" it sounds like you get full and bloated... Read more »

A work-up as outlined earlier is very reasonable. Depending on your past treatment history/presence of resistance a switch off the Kaletra to see what happens to your symptoms is something to consider and discuss with your HIV specialist. KH... Read more »
