if i was diagnoised with aids with a low CD4 count placed on the meds and now have been undetectable with a high CD4 count for over 7 years, can i go from having aids back to just having hiv? will i have a longer more normal life?...

Let's see if we can dissect this all. Your CD8 count is markedly elevated in response to HIV infection and that is a good thing. That drives your ratio down. CD8 cells are the main cell that fights HIV infection. Although it is possible that... Read more »
