since hiv is primarly transmitted through sex i was wondering does men carry more hiv then women... is there more hiv in semen or is there more hiv in vaginal secretion or is it about the same for both male and females?????

Dear Rick: In the female, does the vaginal fluid or the anus have a larger amount of HIV present? For a male, is the risk of contracting AIDS from an infected femal greater with a single act of vaginal intercours or anal intercourse?
