When they say there is a very small chance for men to get HIV from a woman sexually, this means when the woman HAS HIV.For women, they can get HIV from males sexually (vaginal) extremely easy, it can be one chance in one! Some women do not catch... Read more » Female to Male Transmission

OK-It is MUCH harder for a women to give it to a man, for the obvious reasons-HIV has to be exposed to a mucous membrance and the only one on the penis is the opening of the Urethra.
