I have a prescription fo marinol. I just got fired from work for a + drug test. I did not get a chance to shop my meds + all the HIV meds what can I do. Please help fast. I can't loose my job...

Since my appetite has decreased my Doctor has given me a script
for Marinol. It does increase my appetite but I can't control the
effects it has on me. I take 2.5 mg three times a day before meals.
