What Is Epzicom? Epzicom is a pill that contains two drugs used to fight HIV: abacavir (Ziagen) and Epivir (lamivudine, 3TC). Epzicom is manufactured by ViiV Healthcare. I agree with you that AZT could be causing your fatigue, especially if the fatigue started after you began AZT. Dropping the AZT by swithcing to Epzicom should be safe.I do not agree with you about AZT being a not good drug or that you can not take... Read more »

I have just been diagnosed with a CD4 count of 11, and a viral load of 820,000.
