I have had folliculitis breakout on my chest and has remained for 3 months, is this consistent with HIV. I have a neg- result 10 weeks post exposure. I have had 3 colds, with sore throat and headaches as well.

I have developed severe folliculitis on my inner legs, and in my pubic hair. Is this worrisome for HIV? Can dry skin cause it?
