Just wanted to clarify, if I could: Are you guys saying that the Elisa test will sometimes be positive, but they will then confirm it with a Western blot . . . . and if the Western blot is negative, then they just tell you "you're negative"?I don't... Read more » Need to confirm negative result??

Have tested negative after about 3 years after possible exposure. Is there any need to retest after this amount of time? People are always recommended to retest after testing positive- why would this not be the same for negative results?
