Kaposi's Sarcoma (KS)

If ART is not enough, the drugs doxorubicin (Doxil) daunorubicin (DaunoXome) or paclitaxel (Taxol) may be added. Doxil and DaunoXome are anti-cancer drugs in "liposomal" form. "Liposomal" means that tiny amounts of drug are encased in small fat bubbles (liposomes)....

Best trt for KS

Hi DrI'm having trouble with Kaposi's sarcoma, the biggest being severe edema of the lower extremity. I've been on and off chemo with Doxil. It seemed to help in the beginning, but its now failing. Is there a better drug/treatment?
