I have been HIV + since 97 and am now on meds, since 2001.
I am constantly tired and wonder how I will continue rebuilding my life up, going back to work etc. Not working is extremely depressing but the thought sometimes of getting back out there... Read more »

Not yet on meds, still have a decent T cell count. Started taking Korean Ginseng. NAC, ST Johns Wort and Lysine (collagen, I am a little paranoid about wrinkles :) ) and a good multivit. Oh and plan to start breathing meditations with my BF (he... Read more »

I started meds because my vl was too high 100,000 and cd4 dropped to below 500. I don't have any physical issues with meds but I is more emotional. It's a twice daily reminder of it(HIV) that before I could forget about it for a while. Read more »
