cd %age 27 after 1 yr on atripla - aged 50 What's average

Hi Dr., Will that cd percentage rise over time? When diagnosed just over a year ago my cd4 count was 45. At no point was I ill during that period. Just felt tired. My cd4 count is now 427. What does my future hold? Very many thanks!
