I have white bumps inside on my upper lip. You can not see them unless I open my mouth and they are just on the upper lip. Is this a sign of HIV infection?

How long after an exposure to HIV would one get those white spots in mouth and what are they?Are they puss filled or just spots ? I may have had an exposure to the virus in March and have now noticed a few tiny swollen little bumps in my mouth...
