Epzicom/Reyataz without Norvir Boost

Please help! I'm very confused about MED options -- probably cuz there are many choices, which is actually a good thing, right? I have been POZ for about 2.5 years, but just had to start meds 6 months ago. Been on Atripla, which has been...

I am with doc who says try Reyataz, Norvir and Epzicom. You may be surprised at how well this works and it is an easy regimen. If you do not tolerate the Norvir (unlikely at this dose) or get too yellow switch to the higher dose Reyataz and bag... Read more »

Thanks for your post. You raise some very cogent points about drug interactions. There aren't any fully powered studies that address this issue. Because of this, the relevancy of the reduction of atazanavir (Reyataz) levels with tenofovir... Read more »

I can certainly understand the strategy to start several active meds with a viral load of 10 million. Most providers would prefer any pulling back after the viral load becomes undetectable, but could certainly see it in your case now with obvious... Read more »
