Your concern about Prezista rash in your situation is legitmate-I would consider ritonavir/atazanavir for the boosted PI due to low risk of rash--would discuss your concern with your HIV specialist. KH... Read more »

ALthough not compared in a large published clinical trial, my impression has been that boosted Prezista/Truvada compares well overall to Atripla. The former has more problems with mild stomach complaints, the latter more problems with central... Read more »
