Its a bit old fashioned to start on twice daily regimens especially with so many pills. Kaletra is one of the worst culprits for raising blood fats and combinations of AZT (in combivir) or d4T (wich you are not on) and most protease inhibitors (like... Read more »

You are correct: 2 pills of Kaletra in the morning and 2 at night along with 1 of Combivir in the morning and 1 at night. You can take the 3 pills all at once twice a day.You may be experiencing some gastrointestinal symptoms related to the... Read more »

Sorry about the bite. What school do you work in?Usually the PEP treatment is for 4 weeks, not 3 months, so that should help. Follow-up testing for HIV is done up to 3 to 6 months after the exposure (that may be what is confusing).Alcohol is not... Read more »
