Help freaking out! Personal trainer scratched and drew blood! PEP ??

Hi Dr. Bob...I am a personal trainer and my client and I were joking around and while he took his hand off my shoulder he accidently scratched me on my arm which drew blood..im not sure if he had blood on his fingers or not and now its freaking me...
