i came to know that hiv virus dies in air exposure,and if there is hiv+ some blood on razor blade or tattoo pin,how can then person be effected..and it is considered as the low risk factor???..why.

Please answer my question, i'm losing sleep over this..recently i used a razor in my bathroom and i know my sisters friend is HIV+, what would happen if she used that razor and then i used it a couple days later..am i at risk of getting HIV?...

The risk is very small after an exposure like that. It is recommended that razors and toothbrushes not be shared. Soaking in alcohol or bleach with vigorous brushing of the razor edge would afford some level of protection. Still-having separate... Read more »
