...That 3 drug combination is very potent. Any substitution is best made when the viral load is undetectable. ddI and viread can be given together. THe ddI dose needs to be somewhat lower when given with viread. Read more »

once daily ddI

Could ddI be taken on once daily basis. My weight is 55 kg and I've been on ddI, IND and d4T since last 2&1/2 months. I've been taking ddI once daily basis, i.e. 3 tablets (chewable, 100gm)at a time.
