is it possible to get hiv after condom protected oral? please, please sir, answer me

I was insertive in condom protected oral sex (3 mins). Assuming my partner was hiv+, condom didn't break or slipped and was there during the entire penetration. Do I need to test? Please, at least short answer so I can let my fears go away....
