These treatments only deal with the skin lesions, not with KS overall. Skin lesions may come back after treatment. If KS has spread into internal organs, systemic (whole-body) drug treatment is used. It's hard to make a diagnosis over the internet. Nothing you described to me sounds like KS. The only sure way to make a sure diagnosis of KS is to biopsy a persistent pigmented spot. It doesn't sound like your spot is very persistent.... Read more »
