No HCV infection would not alter your incubation period of viremia.I would not attribute any of your symptoms within a 24 hour period to HIV.... Read more »

I don't know of any data on HGH in hepatitis C. If she refuses a liver biopsy, she can consider getting a blood test for a "fibrosis marker". These blood tests can be helpful in the extremes of disease - eg, they are good at detecting... Read more »

I think it is very important to be treated for hepatitis C if you have liver disease. HIV infected patients appear to be at increased risk for scarring of the liver so I agree with this approach. You will want to follow your blood counts carefully.... Read more »
