I am unaware of any specific drug interaction issues with Megace and the drugs you are taking. In my experience Megace -related weight gain was mostly water and not associated with an increase in lean body mass or any confirmed clinical benefit....

That drug is in early development. I think the phase II trial has been halted due to concerns about activity in the dose selected. Its mechanism of action is by promoting mutations in HIV that are lethal for the virus. KH...
