Dr. Henry, Thank you for all of your quick answers. I have been positive since '86. My doctor recently changed me from Amprenavir, Videx and Ziagen to Ziagen, Viread and Virammune due to skyrocketing Trikes. and Cholesterol and neuropathy....

Amylase elevations can be non-specific--in the US we rely more on the lipase levels to evaluate pancreatitis if that is available to you. 3TC can cause pancreatitis is a small % of patients so that is a consideration from what information you... Read more »
