could high liver enzymes be a factor in being hiv positive, i was tested at a plasma center and permantly rejected because of alt tests, they said it was not hiv but i still worry....

I assume you have been tested for hepatitis viruses. The HIV meds can affect liver function, particularly if you are taking other meds that are metabolized in the liver and can affect the liver.... Read more »

i am on four aids meds.atripala/notvor/norvir/prezista. my liver enzyme is 186. what do i do. i am scared as i am having slight abdominal discomfort..my doctor has taken blood again for testing but i have to wait a month before i see him..so...
