Transmission through breast milk.

What are the chances that an hiv + mother could transmit the virus to a baby that she breast fed to less than one minute. We were trying to determine if the baby would breast feed, but weren't aware of the status of the mother....

I am a Preschool Teacher and I was wondering, if a mother brought her child in and a bottle of her Breast Milk and I fed it to the baby and if the baby threw up on me or if the breast milk got into a cut of mine is this a risk for getting HIV/Aids.... Read more »

guys, i was having this wild idea. if continous exposure of breastmilk to a baby can cause hiv; what if, you are hiv+ and take breast milk-meaning exposure in low doses. wouldnt that help develop an individuals immunity? reactions!!! Read more »
