She has advanced AIDS and likely has either a malignancy or infection in her lung. Lifestyle changes are required ASAP. Starting and staying on HIV meds can turn this around. Otherwise the prognosis is very poor....

My son want to leave massachusetts. They give grea6t care to HIV patients and medical coverage run by the state. Which other states in the the midatlantic or southeast also are known for the best care for the poor. He doesnt like to work alot.
