Could Aids be transmitted through if bodily fluid makes contact with skin with rash ?

The condom only covers the shaft of the penis, so what if fluid were to get onto the base of the penis (which is not protected) and if there is rashes on this area, how high is the chance of transmition ? If the answer is yes, oes it also mean that...

HiThis is a great question. And you are correct the condom does not protect the other areas in the genital area. If there is a rash or broken skin there is an opportunity for HIV to transmit. So yes if there are openings, rashes, broken skin... Read more »
