Yes it's theoretically possible depending on how vigorous sex is and whether any small rectal lining cuts occur where blood or secretions could be passed to another person. And of course condom use would essentially eliminate the possibility.... Read more »

I have heard that barbacking is not as high risk as it use to be and that getting hiv is no big deal as they now hav meds that keep it under control. I'm 17 years old and my friends at skool don't even care about hiv so why should I?
