Does the amount of the virus one receives in a risky experience have anything to do with the time at which someone will seroconvert?

Just look at the posts. Count back in months from the date of the post the amount of months this guy claims to have seroconverted. They all go back to Feb 1998. So does the 9 month case referred to it's basically rubbish.
