I am not sure I would be the final answer. Many states in the US are grappling with the US CDC recommendations for opt-out testing. However, over time, written informed consent is likely to go away. I suggest you look at the CDC guideline statement... Read more »

HIV2/major or minor concern

With the relatively low incidence rate of this disease what conditions exist that should make someone feel the need for testing? I read where this disease is considered to be less virulent than HIV1. What does less virulent really mean? Thank you....
