It would be unusual to go from a viral load of 100,000 to undetectable without therapy. An exception might be in those rare individuals with primary (new) infection who establish great control without treatment. I suspect a more likely explanation...

took hiv viral load after 6 months exposure they did the oldhiv viral load not the one that can detect down to 20 copies hiv viral load <400. would your viral load be over 400 after 6 months exposure? Read more »
