VIRAL LOAD ZERO WITHOUT TREATMENT??

Dear doctorsThanks for your work for all of us. In June 2006 i was diagnosed with HIV, my viral load was 100,00 my CD4 was 14. I also had a chronical hepatitisi caused by a very strange typhoidea, I did not make any symtom, fever, dhiarrea, etc......

It would be unusual to go from a viral load of 100,000 to undetectable without therapy. An exception might be in those rare individuals with primary (new) infection who establish great control without treatment. I suspect a more likely explanation... Read more »
