i have been tested posiive over a year now, i have these itchy bumps resembling insect bites all over my skin.. especialy at nights, leaving a dark spot afterwards, i am not yet onany treatment..does these rash has any thing to do with my status?

I have developed angry skin lesions- like small burns or acne pimples-on the face under my beard and on my hands(top of) and lesser spots on the neck chest- they ooze white liquid and seem to spread on contact with this liquid.Itchy and with scabs....
