Infected at childbirth?

My son is close to 6 years old, and seems active and relatively healthy, although very slightly underweight. Also he lost a couple of his baby teeth in the last few month from falling out - he had previously lost 3 from school playground accidents....

HiThere is a risk if the other mom has HIV. That would be the question to ask. If that mother is HIV positive then it would be important to have your child tested. Mother's breast milk is a way for HIV transmission to occur. But the only way to... Read more »
