I know that you cannot confirm or rule out HIV infection by a CBC alone. But would something on a CBC during seroconversion give you a hint of possible seroconversion? If so, what would that indicator be? Thanks for your help.

if your cbc was perfect 4 weeks after possible exposure and then you test negative as well for hiv but feeling all kinds of symptoms you name them i got them does this look good or bad just want an opinion from the experienced ?
