HIV drug related neuropathy can be seen with Atripla no not common (<< 5%). Almost always drug related neuropathy involves the toes/feet well before the fingers/hands are involved so what you describe would be unusual but possible from the... Read more »

The symptoms you describe could be due to one of your HIV medications. The FTC in Truvada can cause a peripheral neuropathy for example (usually feet/ toes more involved that hands initially). Norvir and other protease inhibitors can cause odd... Read more »

Have you been evaluated by a neurologist to pinpoint the cause (most likely your HIV meds). Switching off the Videx and possibly the Epivir may be necessary. What you can switch depends on your past treatment history. Amitryptiline someetimes... Read more »
