Very Worried -- Blood in excrement; Symptom of HIV infection?

I have been experiencing blood in excrement after a possible hiv contact infection.There was no diarrea and I am worried if this could be a symptom of HIV.I've also been experiencing a cold but no fever at all.Thanks for your answer
