I have been experiencing blood in excrement after a possible hiv contact infection.There was no diarrea and I am worried if this could be a symptom of HIV.I've also been experiencing a cold but no fever at all.Thanks for your answer...

Blood in your stool should always be checked out by a doctor. I am not aware of any information that states that blood in stool is a symptom of HIV infection. Do not try to diagnose this yourself. RMK... Read more »
