The best approach to HIV treatment related neuropathy is to avoid it in the first place by using HIV drugs that are not associated with it. Monitoring for neuropathy and switching off possibly offending drugs is another important approach.... Read more »

I can sure tell you the WORST treatment...NARCOTICS. Their efficacy for the control of neuropathic pain is uncertain at best, and they carry a definite risk of addiction for some people, so BE CAREFUL.Assuming that the problem is truly neuropathy... Read more »
