Since it's still a rarity to obtain life insurance if you're HIV pos I assume the same is true of long term care insurance? or if offered it will be extremely expensive? Any experience with this?...

Unfortunately, I do not. Generally, as with most insurance for people with HIV, it is obtained through an employer's benefits package. Most people end up having to rely on the benefits provided through Medicare and Medicaid.... Read more »
