Window period and autoimmune disease

I'm suffering from Sjogren's syndrome but I'm not on any medications. Could such an autoimmune disease delay the formation of antibodies to be picked up by an ELISA HIV-test? Thus making the window period longer?

Hello doctor. I wanted to know if there are any autoimmune diseases that contain the p24 antigen found in HIV ?? I've been tested twice for HIV and p24 comes back equivocal? everything else is absent.
